We can discuss a consultation at an agreed location or, where practical, the possibility of bringing selected samples to your hotel or villa. Arrangements depend on location, appointment schedule and sample availability.
If scheduling allows, fabric consultation and measurement may be coordinated in one visit.

Can you bring fabric samples to my hotel or villa?
This may be possible depending on your location, appointment schedule and sample availability. Please share your accommodation location so we can assess the arrangement.
Can my curtains be ready before I fly home?
We review your travel dates, specifications and current production capacity before confirming an estimated completion date. Please do not assume a deadline is confirmed until it has been agreed with our team.
Can you deliver my curtains to my hotel or villa?
Delivery may be possible by agreement, depending on your location, schedule and the practical arrangements available. Please confirm the details with our team before relying on a delivery date.
Can I take the curtains home on my flight?
That depends on the final package dimensions, weight and your airline’s rules. Where available, we can help prepare package information for you to check with your airline. Baggage acceptance is determined by the airline.
Can you ship my curtains to my home country?
We do not currently offer international freight or shipping as a standard service. Please plan your collection and travel arrangements accordingly.
Do I need exact measurements before contacting you?
No. Approximate window dimensions and photos are helpful for an initial discussion. Final measurements and specifications must be confirmed before production.
How much do custom curtains cost?
Pricing depends on the selected fabric, measurements, number of panels, lining, pleating, tracks and other requirements. Share your details so we can prepare a personalised quotation.
What happens before production starts?
