3. Services

Almeers Living provides the following services:

• Free Consultation: Initial consultation to discuss your requirements
• Free Site Survey: On-site measurement and design advice at your property
• Custom Manufacturing: Production of curtains and blinds tailored to your specifications
• Professional Installation: Expert installation of all products
• After-Sales Support: Warranty and maintenance services

4. Orders and Pricing

• Quotes: All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• Pricing: Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment: Payment terms will be specified in your quote or invoice.
• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to commence production for custom orders.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before installation.

5. Site Survey and Measurements

• Free Service: Site surveys are provided free of charge across Bali.
• Accuracy: Our team takes precise measurements during the site survey.
• Customer Confirmation: Customers are required to confirm measurements before production begins.
• Access: Customers must provide access to the property for survey and installation.
• Changes: Any changes requested after measurement may incur additional costs.

6. Production and Delivery

• Production Time: Standard production takes 3-7 working days after measurement confirmation and deposit.
• Delivery: Delivery and installation are scheduled upon production completion.
• Delays: We will notify customers of any unforeseen delays in production or delivery.
• Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

7. Installation

• Professional Service: Installation is performed by our trained team.
• Preparation: Customers must ensure the installation area is clear and accessible.
• Timeframe: Installation time varies depending on project size and complexity.
• Quality Check: We conduct a quality check upon installation completion.
• Customer Satisfaction: We ensure you are satisfied with the installation before completion.

8. Warranty

• Coverage: Our products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from accidents.
• Claim Process: Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
• Resolution: We will inspect and resolve the issue promptly.
• Installation Warranty: Installation is guaranteed for 3 months.

9. Returns and Refunds

• Custom Orders: Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Defective Products: If a product is defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
• Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before production starts. Deposits are non-refundable after production begins.
• Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almeers Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
